ADVANCE YOUR PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE

The Advanced Professional Certificate recognizes cidermakers who demonstrate advanced technical knowledge, professional judgment, and the ability to apply their knowledge across cider production.

The Certified Cidermaker credential recognizes comprehensive knowledge of cider and perry production. The Advanced Certificate builds on that foundation, recognizing how cidermakers apply advanced technical knowledge, professional experience, and sound judgment in practice.

EDUCATION + APPLICATION

Candidates build advanced knowledge through Cider Institute education in areas including:

  • Sensory analysis
  • Laboratory analysis

They then demonstrate that knowledge through professional experience, a portfolio, and final assessment.
