TECHNICAL SKILLS SHARE SERIES

Practical knowledge from across the cider industry

The Cider Institute's Technical Skills Share Series brings cider producers, consultants, and researchers together to explore specific cider production topics in depth.

Each online session features a producer, consultant, or researcher sharing their experience, techniques, and approach to a particular challenge in cidermaking. Sessions combine technical presentations with time for questions and discussion, giving participants the opportunity to learn from the speaker and from others working in the industry.

Topics span the production process, from fruit quality and pressing to fermentation, blending, sensory evaluation, stabilization, and packaging.
